now i run echoforge in san francisco, a quiet studio shipping focused apps. brainecho, protos, readersguild, kume, tinyorange, relic, vial, and aksara, the page you're reading this on.

i run the whole studio from mission control, my own command center where a small team of ai agents help me ship. one of them, gallen, reads my garmin and nags me about my sleep.

i also write diggerinsights, a twice-weekly briefing on frontier tech.
