Buyer License Rules

The default boundaries for personal, commercial, and extended digital-product licenses.

Last updated: September 25, 2026

The license shown at purchase

Your order keeps the license name and summary shown when you paid. The seller keeps copyright and ownership unless the listing expressly says otherwise. A purchase gives you permission to use the files within that license. It does not transfer the underlying intellectual property.

Personal license

A personal license is for the buyer's own non-commercial use. It does not permit resale, redistribution, public file sharing, sublicensing, or use in products or services sold to others.

Commercial license

A commercial license permits use in the buyer's own commercial work as described on the product page. It does not permit reselling or distributing the original files, a lightly modified copy, or a competing template or asset pack.

Extended license

An extended license permits the broader commercial use described by the seller. Any limits on clients, end products, impressions, seats, or distribution must appear on the product page. The original source files still may not be redistributed unless the listing expressly permits it.

Shared limits

No license permits unlawful use, removal of ownership notices where prohibited, claiming authorship of the original work, training a model on the files unless expressly permitted, or sharing access credentials with another person.
