Illegal, dangerous, or malicious material
Do not sell illegal content, malware, spyware, credential theft tools, stolen data, fraud kits, evasion tools, weapons or explosive instructions intended to cause harm, or products that facilitate unlawful conduct.
Rights, privacy, and sexual exploitation
Do not sell copied or pirated material, leaked private information, doxxing products, impersonation kits, non-consensual intimate material, sexual content involving minors, or personal data obtained without a lawful basis. Adult sexual content and services are not allowed during the pilot.
Deceptive and regulated claims
Do not make false or unsubstantiated earnings, health, legal, financial, educational, or performance claims. Fake reviews, fake sales, false scarcity, pyramid schemes, and guaranteed-income products are prohibited. Products that require regulated authorization may not be sold during the pilot.
Financial and high-risk activity
Do not use Aksara for money transmission, cash equivalents, gift cards, cryptocurrency sales, lending, investment products, fundraising, donations, gambling, betting picks, sweepstakes, ticket resale, or products designed to manipulate payment disputes.
Supported delivery and scope
Digital files, file bundles and private-link resources must match the product description. Paid 1:1 calls may be offered only when booking is enabled and the creator has connected their calendar. Do not disguise a service as a downloadable file. Physical goods, hosted courses, memberships, creator subscriptions, groups, recordings and hosted communities remain outside this release.
Enforcement
Aksara may restrict a product, suspend a seller, hold publication for review, revoke access, preserve evidence, or cooperate with payment providers and lawful authorities. Enforcement decisions are recorded in an internal audit trail.
