The operational, tax, support, and content duties that stay with each seller.

Your role in each sale
You are the business the buyer pays for your product and the merchant of record for your connected-account transactions. Your business name may appear on receipts and statements. You are responsible for the product, customer relationship, support, refunds, disputes, and obligations that apply to the sale.
Accurate listings
Describe the product, included files, compatibility, license, and refund policy accurately. Keep previews representative of what the buyer receives. Do not use fabricated sales, reviews, endorsements, earnings claims, or scarcity.
Rights and delivery
Confirm that you own or can sell every file. Keep current-release files clean and usable. Respond to delivery and file problems through the Aksara support inbox.
Taxes and records
You are responsible for deciding where you must register, setting the correct product tax treatment, collecting tax when required, issuing invoices, filing returns, and keeping records unless applicable law assigns a specific duty to Aksara. Stripe Tax is used only when your connected account has active tax settings and applicable registrations. Turning on Stripe Tax does not register your business or file every return. Aksara does not claim to remit seller taxes.
Fees, refunds, and disputes
Aksara deducts the platform fee shown for your plan. Stripe processing fees are separate. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and negative balances are handled under your Stripe agreement and the Aksara terms. You must provide information reasonably requested to resolve a buyer issue or payment review.
Buyer data
Use buyer information only for fulfillment, requested support, legal obligations, and transaction-related communication. Do not add buyers to marketing lists without valid consent or expose their information to another party.
Account status
Complete Stripe verification, keep contact and payout information current, accept the current seller terms before publication, and cooperate with safety reviews. Restricted or suspended sellers cannot publish or accept new payments.
