Seller guide

Create your first product

Upload a file, set a price, and review what buyers will see.

Updated October 3, 2026

The 30-second answer

Open Your page, choose Add, then a download. Add your finished file, describe what buyers get, and set a price. Review the actual store preview. Return to Your page to publish the reviewed page and ready offers. Your draft remains private until publication.

Add a product

Start with your file

Sign in to Your page, choose Add, then a download. Select the file you want to sell. You can sell digital files or a bundle of files. Choose Add product details next. The upload starts when you save the details and choose Review your store.

Describe the product and set its price

Choose Add product details. Enter a product name, explain what buyers get, and enter the price in the currency shown. Add a cover if you have one. Make the file format and contents clear. Choose Review your store to save the draft and upload the files, then wait for the upload to finish.

Review your store

Choose Review your store. The preview uses your actual draft store settings and includes your draft product. You can select Clean or Warm here, or return to Your page for direct editing. Check the identity, product and price before approving the preview.

Finish the publication checklist

Approval does not mean the product is public. Files must pass the safety check, Stripe must be ready, and seller terms and creator policies need review. Open Publish on Your page to select the ready offers for publication. You can leave an unfinished offer private and return later.

What success looks like

Your saved product appears in Products. A draft stays private until publication requirements are met.

Common questions

What if my upload is interrupted?

Return to the same setup flow to resume the saved draft. Check the file list before uploading again. If a file shows an error, retry that file.

Why is the safety check taking time?

Uploaded files are checked before publication. A pending check blocks publication. A failed check needs attention; uploading an unsafe file again will not make it eligible.

Can I sell a course or a booking?

Paid 1:1 calls are being verified and are not available for new paid bookings yet. Read the paid-call guide for the prepared workflow. Hosted courses and memberships are outside this upgrade.
