Manage audience and email connections

Export contacts and sync confirmed subscribers to Kit or Mailchimp.

The 30-second answer

Audience shows resource requests, confirmation and suppression status. Export is included on Starter. When provider sync is available, Growth and Scale sellers can connect Kit or Mailchimp and choose a tag or audience.

Open Audience

Review contacts before export

Resource requests do not prove marketing permission. Use the status and request history to distinguish confirmed subscribers from requested-only contacts. Suppressed contacts must remain suppressed.

Connect your provider

Choose Email connections in Audience and authorize the official provider flow. Select a Kit tag or Mailchimp audience. Credentials are stored on the server, not in your browser.

Handle failures and disconnect

Provider failures can delay sync without delaying resource delivery. Reconnect expired or revoked authorizations. Disconnect stops future sync and does not delete existing provider contacts. Aksara never automatically resubscribes suppressed contacts.

What success looks like

Only confirmed subscribers enter the selected marketing destination, subject to its own consent rules.
