Sell a private resource link

Deliver a map, Notion page or Canva template through buyer access.

Updated October 7, 2026

The 30-second answer

When available, choose Private resource link in product setup. Add an HTTPS destination, describe the resource and set its price. Approve the preview before publication. Buyers receive the purchased release through validated access.

Add a product

Keep the destination private

The public product shows the destination host. It does not expose the private link. Make sure your external resource permissions allow the intended buyer to open it.

Understand external access

Aksara can revoke its own buyer grant. It cannot revoke access a buyer already received from an external provider. Choose provider permissions that fit your resource.

Update a release

Save a new private destination in a draft release and approve its preview. Existing purchases retain their original destination snapshot unless you explicitly grant a later release.

What success looks like

An eligible buyer can open the purchased destination. Public visitors cannot see it.

Common questions

Can I paste an HTTP link?

Use an HTTPS resource on a public host. Local addresses and unsafe destinations are rejected.
