My store or product is not publishing

Find the unfinished publication check and confirm what visitors can see.

Updated October 9, 2026

The 30-second answer

Open Publish on Your page and read the blockers for the affected offer. Check saved revision, details, clean files, Stripe payment and payout readiness, creator policies and seller terms. Owner access to a draft is not public access. An active store still cannot sell while live Checkout is disabled.

Check publication

Check the saved draft and offer status

Open Your page and wait for Saved privately. Retry a failed save or resolve a conflict before opening Publish. Read the readiness message for the affected offer. If an active product cannot be seen, check the published store in a signed-out browser and ask support about access restrictions.

Resolve the unfinished check

Finish the offer details, wait for clean file scans, complete both Stripe readiness checks, review and save creator policies, and accept the current seller terms. Material changes invalidate a previous pending publication approval. Review the updated page and offer again.

Request publication and check the result

Select the ready offers and choose Publish reviewed page. A request awaiting an outstanding check stays bound to that revision. Later edits invalidate it. Check the resulting publication and active status rather than assuming the request alone published the product.

Test the visitor view

Open the public store link in a signed-out browser. Draft products stay private. A published store without active products shows Products are coming soon. The Checkout availability notice is a separate launch restriction, not a file-upload problem.

What success looks like

You can identify the specific blocker, resolve it, and confirm the product's active status and signed-out visitor view.

Common questions

Why can I see a page that buyers cannot?

Owners can access their draft store for setup. That does not make it public. Use a signed-out browser to test the visitor experience.

Should I keep clicking Publish when ready?

No. Check the unfinished requirement or error. Repeating the request cannot bypass a scan, verification or launch restriction.
