Prepare a paid 1:1 call

Set one preferred day, available hours and a clear fixed-price offer.

Updated October 9, 2026

The 30-second answer

New paid bookings are not available yet. The prepared workflow starts on Your page: choose Add, then a paid 1:1 call. Set a preferred weekday and available hours, check your time zone, connect Google Calendar, and review the actual page draft. Add a clear description and an explicit fixed price before publication.

Prepare your page

Start with one day

Choose Add on Your page, then a paid 1:1 call. Pick your preferred weekday and the hours you can offer. Check the detected time zone. The starting schedule uses a 30-minute call, 24 hours of booking notice, a 30-day horizon and a 15-minute buffer after each call. You can adjust the controls, add days or set date exceptions.

Connect Calendar separately

Connect Google Calendar for availability and Google Meet. This permission is separate from signing in with Google. The primary calendar is used first; additional conflict calendars can be selected in settings. Published availability also considers other Aksara reservations for the same creator so different call offers cannot sell overlapping appointments.

Make the offer understandable

Describe what the attendee can discuss, who the call is for and what they should prepare. Enter a fixed price you approve. Aksara does not invent a personalized price. Review the call card and page draft, your cancellation terms and seller-payment readiness before publishing.

Know when a booking is confirmed

When paid calls launch, the buyer chooses a time and uses hosted card Checkout. A payment redirect alone does not confirm a booking. Verified payment starts meeting delivery. The booking page shows confirmed details once the Calendar event and Meet link are ready. Email is a notification channel; the secure booking page is available without buyer signup.

Manage the appointment

Bookings separates payment, meeting delivery, cancellation and refund status. Reminders are prepared for 24 hours and one hour before the appointment. An elapsed appointment is not proof that someone attended. Disconnecting Calendar pauses new bookings and preserves existing booking records and support access.

What success looks like

Once launch checks pass, a verified paid booking has the intended time, an accessible Meet link, seller and buyer records, and working cancellation and refund support. These outcomes remain pending until verified.

Common questions

Do calls require a monthly subscription?

Core paid calls belong on Starter. Its Aksara transaction fee and separate Stripe processing fees apply when bookings launch.

Do I need to create a Google Meet link myself?

The prepared workflow creates an event and Meet conference after verified payment. Calendar permission is required. If delivery cannot complete within its deadline, the booking moves into the refund process.

Are group calls or recordings included?

No. The upgrade covers one creator, one attendee and one call per purchase. Groups and recordings are outside this release.
