Describe your actual practices
Use accurate contact details and explain the information your business receives, its purposes and the services you use. Review the starting text against your own practices, including any email provider or external booking tools. Do not leave promises in the notice that your business cannot carry out.
Keep required delivery separate from promotion
The buyer's purchase email is used for the requested purchase and its operational messages. Free-resource delivery also works without marketing permission. An optional seller marketing checkbox must be a separate choice. Confirmed subscription and suppression status determine marketing sync when that capability is available.
Respect opt-outs and data requests
Provide a reachable contact for privacy requests. Unsubscribing suppresses marketing and does not revoke a purchased or requested resource. Deleting a marketing contact and deleting financial records are different actions; some purchase records may need to be retained for legitimate obligations. Explain your actual retention practices.
Understand calendar permissions
Google sign-in and Calendar connection are separate authorizations. Calendar access checks selected calendars for busy times and creates appointments and Meet invitations on the primary calendar. It does not subscribe anyone to marketing. Disconnect pauses new bookings and queues credential cleanup while existing booking and support records remain available. The platform Privacy Policy explains this data use separately from your own creator privacy notice. Do not place credentials or private buyer links in policy text.
